This research compared the physical fitness and performance of the skilled and novice table tennis female players. Skilled female table tennis players (n = 14) and novice female (n = 14) from Government Women Graduate College satellite Twon Bahawalpur, Pakistan. The measurements were obtained as agility, flexibility, reaction time, hand grip strength, skinfolds, breadths, limb length, and angular kinematics of the forehand drive. A repeated measure ANOVA was applied to compare the skilled and novice players in the selected variables. The results showed skilled players were significantly higher in flexibility, hand grip strength, coordination, agility, elbow angle, and shoulder angle than novice players. It was concluded that the skilled players are better at physical fitness, forehand drive, and less body fat. Coaches may establish the most effective training protocols for female players to improve their table tennis skills and physical condition.
